Every parent on the free tier gets every alert. If your kid is in trouble, you hear about it. Period. We will not be a product that paywalls a crisis.
No upsells during a crisis.
For 48 hours after a serious alert, we suppress every upgrade prompt in our system. The moment your child needs you is not a moment to sell to you.
No. The 14-day trial is genuinely free — we don't ask for a card. If you want to keep Pro after the trial, you add a card then. Nothing converts behind your back.
You drop back to the free Watchful tier at the end of your billing period. All your alerts keep working. Your history shrinks to the most recent 7 days (we don't delete your data; we just stop showing more than that to you).
